Ruo-Qian (Roger) Wang is an Associate Professor at Rutgers University, affiliated with both the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He earned his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2014, following an MSc from the Singapore Stanford Partnership in 2008 and a BEng from Beihang University in 2007.
