Caroline Osborne joined the UNC School of Law faculty in 2024, serving as the Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Kathrine R. Everett Law Library. Her teaching and research interests include copyright law, cultural property law, scholarly impact, and legal research pedagogy. She is a prolific author with work published in various law journals, and her 2023 book, Sources and Strategies of Legal Research, received the 2024 Joseph L. Andrews Legal Literature Award and the American Association of Law Libraries Academic Special Interests Section Book Award. Osborne has been recognized multiple times for her contributions to academic law librarianship, including awards from the American Association of Law Libraries and the Frederick Charles Hicks Award.
