Roy Pérez is a faculty member whose work involves critical engagement with race, gender, and sexuality within Chicanx/Latinx studies, as well as contemporary art and performance. His interests include the exploration of queer aesthetics, racial signifiers, and the limits of 'latinidad' as a racial category.
