About
I am an Assistant Professor of Epidemiology in the Department of Public Health Sciences at The University of Chicago Biological Sciences Division. My research focuses on the epidemiology of substance use disorders, HIV epidemiology, the interaction between substance use disorders and infectious diseases, mechanistic modeling, infectious disease transmission dynamics, policy modeling, and cost-effectiveness evaluation. I have a particular interest in causal inference under interference, with a focus on contagion and peer effects.
