Katelyn Barker, MS, RDN, is an Associate Professor of Practice and Assistant Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics at the School of Nutritional Sciences and Wellness. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Science from Utah State University. Her academic activities include developing weight neutral health programs and curricula, as well as teaching courses such as Weight Neutral Approaches to Nutrition and Health, Nutrition Education and Counseling, and Medical Nutrition Therapy I. She is actively involved in the field of nutrition and dietetics, contributing to education and program development within the university.
