Jennifer Bay

Dr. Jennifer Bay is a Professor of English in the Technical and Professional Writing undergraduate major and in the graduate program in Rhetoric and Composition at Purdue University. Her research focuses on community engagement and experiential learning, internships, digital rhetorics, and rhetorical theory. She has published in various journals including the Journal of Business and Technical Communication, Journal of Technical Writing and Communication, IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, Technical Communication Quarterly, Computers & Composition, and Programmatic Perspectives, as well as in edited collections. Recently, her work has addressed topics such as AI, data rhetorics, and issues of equity and inclusion in the Technical and Professional Communication classroom.
