Christian Terwiesch is the Andrew M. Heller Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he serves as a Professor in and the chair of the Operations, Information, and Decisions department. He also holds a faculty appointment at Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine and is co-director of the Mack Institute for Innovation Management.
