본 연구는 로컬크리에이터의 다양한 유형 중 창업가에 초점을 맞추어, 로컬크리에이터 창업가로서 요구되는 핵심 역량 요인을 체계적으로 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 이해관계자들에게 구체적인 지원 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문가 11명과 로컬크리에이터 창업가 19명 등 총 30명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 로컬크리에이터 창업가의 역량은 ‘개인 가치관 및 태도’, ‘지식’, ‘응용’, ‘대인관계’의 4개 역량군과 13개 역량 요소, 49개의 세부 지표로 구성되었다. 구체적으로, 개인 가치관 및 태도 역량군은 ‘창업 관련 의지 및 태도’, ‘경영 관련 태도’, ‘로컬리즘 관련 태도’의 3개 역량 요소와 11개의 세부 지표로 구성되었으며, 지식 역량군은 ‘창업 운영 관련 지식’, ‘마케팅 관련 지식’, ‘지역성과 지역자원 관련 지식’의 3개 역량 요소와 10개의 세부 지표로 구성되 었다. 응용 역량군은 ‘창업 관련 응용’, ‘운영 관련 응용’, ‘지역…
