Jose Alfredo Morfin, M.D., is a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UC Davis Health, where he also serves as the Director of Ambulatory Kidney Care Services, Outreach and Innovation, and is a Faculty Lead for the School of Medicine Admissions. He is a board-certified Internist and Nephrologist with a clinical interest in all aspects of kidney disease, including chronic, acute, transplantation, and dialysis care. Dr. Morfin has a particular focus on underserved communities, outreach programs aimed at reducing the burden of chronic diseases, and the promotion of home hemodialysis modalities both regionally and nationally.
