Christopher W. Bauman is a Professor of Organization and Management at the Paul Merage School of Business, UCI. His research addresses how people make sense of and respond to their social environment, including interactions with individuals, groups, and organizations. This initiative examined systematically the extent to which a large set of archival research findings generalizes across contexts.
