About
Clemence Tricaud joined the UCLA Anderson faculty in 2020 after earning her Ph.D. in economics from the Center for Research in Economics and Statistics (CREST) at École Polytechnique in Paris, France. Her research primarily focuses on political economy and public economics, analyzing the interplay between electoral institutions, political representation, and public service provision using quasi-experimental methods, administrative data, and theoretical insights. In the classroom, she teaches Managerial Economics in Anderson’s MBA program, aiming to help students understand the power of economics as a toolbox for understanding behavior and making decisions both in business and daily life.
