Benjamin Hudson

About

Benjamin Hudson is a Professor of History and Medieval Studies at Pennsylvania State University, located in the Weaver Building in University Park, PA. He holds a D.Phil. from Oxford University and specializes in medieval and British history, with particular interests in immigration and transnationalism around the Irish Sea and the Atlantic Littoral. Through his joint appointment in Medieval Studies, he teaches and studies early European culture, including prophecy and historical legends. His academic work and teaching focus on medieval Europe, and he has contributed to the field through his publications and mentorship of students who have gone on to graduate studies at prestigious institutions and faculty positions at various universities.
